The Transformative Justice Center in Monterey celebrated its first anniversary today, offering activities that help former inmates and their families reintegrate into society.

Event attendees participated in silent auctions, experienced a prison cell simulation, and listened to firsthand stories from former inmates who are rebuilding their lives after prison.
